For Facilities

International nurses for your facility.

The shortage of skilled workers presents facilities with growing challenges. Nurseline supports you in recruiting international nurses — structured, personal, with a traceable process.

International nurses

Starting point

What facilities are responding to today.

The staffing situation in healthcare is changing fast. We understand the operational reality in facilities — and design our recruitment around it.

01

Growing demand

The skills shortage affects every level of care — acute, long-term, rehab. Staff cannot be planned at short notice indefinitely.

02

Recognition & language

International recruitment requires clear structures for recognition, language level and onboarding. Without that, things quickly become heavy.

03

Retention as benchmark

A placement is only successful if the nurse is still on the team after twelve months. That is how we measure our work.

Match readiness

What should be clear before profiles are presented.

Good placement does not start with as many profiles as possible, but with the right criteria. These points make decisions faster and traceable.

How we work

Four steps — clearly structured.

Each step is its own self-contained section with a defined outcome and a fixed contact person. No black box, no surprises.

Clarify the need
01 Step 1

Clarify the need

In a personal briefing we capture requirements, facility profile, location and timeframe — and define the requirements profile together with you.

Present candidates
02 Step 2

Present candidates

From our pool and targeted searches we present 2–4 matching candidates — with CV, language level and recognition status at a glance.

Accompany selection
03 Step 3

Accompany selection

We coordinate interviews, clarify open questions and support the final selection. On request we handle pre-coordination with recognition authorities.

Support the start
04 Step 4

Support the start

From day one in the facility we are the contact — for questions about onboarding, authorities, everyday life. We accompany the first weeks so the start really works.

What we deliver

Support along the entire recruitment process.

From the first briefing through to integration in your team — we take the operational load while you keep control.

01

Requirements profile

Clarification of need, profile definition, expectations and timeline. Documented and used as the basis for the search.

02

Candidate selection

Presentation of matching candidates with CV, language level and recognition status. We only present what really fits.

03

Recognition support

On request we coordinate recognition applications with the responsible authorities. We know the routes.

04

Language preparation

Structured preparation for professional communication in Germany — at the level your facility requires.

05

Start in the facility

We accompany the first weeks — onboarding, authorities, everyday life. So the start really works.

06

Personal contact

A single person who knows the entire process. Reachable by phone and e-mail. No call centre, no ticketing.

Frequently asked

What facilities and nurses often want to know first.

The most important answers in short form — we cover detail in person.

01
Which kinds of facilities does Nurseline work with?

We work with hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation clinics, day-care services, ambulatory services and university hospitals across Germany — focus on the Rhine-Main region.

02
Where do the nurses come from?

We place internationally qualified nurses, depending on need and profile. Specific countries of origin and recognition pathways are clarified in the briefing.

03
How long does a placement take?

It depends on the profile and the chosen recognition pathway. We discuss a realistic timeframe in the first conversation and communicate progress transparently. Recognition and language exams are the steps that influence the timeline most.

04
What does a placement cost a facility?

Success-based fee after a successful placement. Conditions are transparent and agreed in the briefing. For nurses, our support is free of charge.

05
How is language preparation organised?

Preparation focused on professional communication and entry into the working day in Germany — structured, exam-oriented. Specifics depend on starting level and target.

06
What happens after arrival in Germany?

We support the start in the facility during the first weeks — for questions about onboarding, authorities and everyday life. The goal: a reliable start for both sides.

07
Are application documents kept confidential?

Of course. Documents are only forwarded with your explicit consent. Data protection under EU GDPR is standard.

08
How is Nurseline different from other agencies?

Personal contacts instead of anonymous handling, clear and traceable processes, support beyond placement — and a retention rate by which we let our work be measured.
