In a personal briefing we capture requirements, facility profile, location and timeframe — and define the requirements profile together with you.
From our pool and targeted searches we present 2–4 matching candidates — with CV, language level and recognition status at a glance.
We coordinate interviews, clarify open questions and support the final selection. On request we handle pre-coordination with recognition authorities.
From day one in the facility we are the contact — for questions about onboarding, authorities, everyday life. We accompany the first weeks so the start really works.
