For Nurses

Your path as a nurse to Germany.

We support international nurses on their path to a professional career in Germany — step by step, with clear contacts, without unnecessary complexity.

Your path as a nurse

What to expect

Clarity, structure and personal support.

A new professional step in another country is a big move. Our job is to make it as understandable and plannable as possible.

01

Personal contact

One person accompanies you through the entire process. You always know who to turn to.

02

Clear next steps

We make the path transparent: what comes next, which documents we need, which deadlines apply.

03

Realistic assessments

We do not promise what we cannot deliver. We prefer honest estimates over expectations that disappoint.

Start clarity

What makes the path plannable.

The earlier the central points are visible, the calmer the next steps become. This overview shows what is structured before moving forward.

How we work

Four steps — clearly structured.

Each step is its own self-contained section with a defined outcome and a fixed contact person. No black box, no surprises.

03 Step 3

Accompany the placement

We present matching facilities, coordinate interviews and accompany you through to the contract. You always have a fixed contact at your side.

Frequently asked

What facilities and nurses often want to know first.

The most important answers in short form — we cover detail in person.

01
Which kinds of facilities does Nurseline work with?

We work with hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation clinics, day-care services, ambulatory services and university hospitals across Germany — focus on the Rhine-Main region.

02
Where do the nurses come from?

We place internationally qualified nurses, depending on need and profile. Specific countries of origin and recognition pathways are clarified in the briefing.

03
How long does a placement take?

It depends on the profile and the chosen recognition pathway. We discuss a realistic timeframe in the first conversation and communicate progress transparently. Recognition and language exams are the steps that influence the timeline most.

04
What does a placement cost a facility?

Success-based fee after a successful placement. Conditions are transparent and agreed in the briefing. For nurses, our support is free of charge.

05
How is language preparation organised?

Preparation focused on professional communication and entry into the working day in Germany — structured, exam-oriented. Specifics depend on starting level and target.

06
What happens after arrival in Germany?

We support the start in the facility during the first weeks — for questions about onboarding, authorities and everyday life. The goal: a reliable start for both sides.

07
Are application documents kept confidential?

Of course. Documents are only forwarded with your explicit consent. Data protection under EU GDPR is standard.

08
How is Nurseline different from other agencies?

Personal contacts instead of anonymous handling, clear and traceable processes, support beyond placement — and a retention rate by which we let our work be measured.
